The machine-readable registry of the GSC estate. Every registered surface has an identity, operator, jurisdiction, canonical location, agent card and verification path. An arriving agent should never have to guess what a GSC hostname is. It resolves the host.

What is this surface? Who operates it? Where is its agent card? Which key verifies it? Which jurisdiction applies? Where is its authoritative machine interface?
The Registry does not decide compliance, orderability or commerce. Those decisions belong to the protocols and services it identifies.
Every RCO-A2A surface points back to its signed Registry facts record through the GSC handshake header. That makes the Registry the legend for the estate: name → identity → authority → machine door.
ECO-10060 identifies the object. SM-ECO-10060 establishes the jurisdiction. SRI-10060 collapses rule complexity upstream. DPU-10060 signs. RCO-10060 carries the resolved state, live on the wire as RCO-A2A. ACM-68000 / CPG-68000 gives that state its execution vocabulary. The Registry names the estate beneath all of it — 382 hosts, each with a signed facts record at /resolve/<hostname>.
